Overview
I coordinated the AWC Scientific Health Seminar 2025, a prestigious national-level health seminar that brought together leading medical professionals, healthcare experts, government officials, academics, industrialists, and public health advocates under one roof. The seminar served as a dynamic platform for knowledge sharing, scientific discourse, and collaborative dialogue on innovative healthcare solutions for Bangladesh. As Event Coordinator, I managed all aspects of the event from design and logistics to guest relations and hospitality.
Event Design — Developed the seminar's theme, visual identity, stage setup, and overall programme structure to reflect a professional scientific environment.
Public Relations (PR) — Coordinated media presence, managed invitations for high-profile guests, and handled all external communications before and during the event.
Venue Management — Supervised venue arrangements, technical setup, seating, and smooth on-ground flow of the seminar programme.
Hospitality — Ensured all distinguished guests, speakers, and delegates received proper reception, coordination, and care throughout the event.

The seminar reinforced AWC's position as a leading institution in promoting integrative and evidence-based healthcare, and inspired all stakeholders to move forward together toward building a healthier future for all.
